Wow!! You are beautiful and such an inspiration! I’ve put on about 100 lbs since having my son 4 years ago, and it feels like being tight, toned, and in shape is sooooo far away! What would you suggest as a daily exercise plan for someone who hasn’t done so much as a jumping jack for almost 5 years?
I was just wondering what kind of workout routine would you recommend for someone trying to lose weight but wanting to maintain the big bottom and thick thighs
I am a healthy person as well and I get told all the time by my doctor that I am obese for my height. I workout and try to stay as active as possible but still get the third degree by my doc. Thank you for your bio and for you being u. Please can you email me your work out routine.
