However, we have received everyone’s order and will make sure that we incorporate an awesome deal into the release of ”Full Body Curve Down” and “Powerhouse Plyometric Pump”! can all shapes and sizes and ages enjoy and try to complete your dvd’s unlike others that are to advanced when u are not use to exercising i am thinking about having like a community in our community center try it out so i can share the this with others. I doing well in the gym but i want to be tone and solid like yourself but still have a shape as a woman of color and i know that you advocate this anowa. Are the dvd’s to be available in stores? And when do you plan to come to Charlotte, NC?! I find you amazing because I have always been called thick and in my entire adulthood been over 200lbs. But I can’t seem to get tone….and not look like a man! You have mastered that and I would like to do the same. Help please!
yea there are question i wanted to ask what if a person is underweight but would like to gain a few pounds and get toned, how do i go about it and do u specialized in that too, becuase i know your workout is for people who want to lose weight . i wrote a reply about a few weeks back, but didnt get no response. thank you and god bless
